Who We Are

TONY NASH

CEO and Chief Data Scientist

Tony Nash is the CEO and Founder of Complete Intelligence. Previously, Tony built and led the global research business for The Economist and the Asia consulting business for IHS (now IHS Markit). He has also been a social entrepreneur, media entrepreneur, writer and consultant. Mr. Nash is a frequent public speaker and leader of closed-door dialogues with business and government leaders on markets, economics, risk and technology. He is a contributor to leading global media (BBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, etc.) and has served as an advisor to government and think tanks in Tokyo, Singapore, Beijing, Washington D.C. and others.

Mr. Nash is an international advisory board member for Texas A&M University and a non-executive director with Kredit Microfinance Bank in Cambodia. He has a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University and a BA in Business Management from Texas A&M University.

JIM LANGSTON

Channel Partnerships

Mr. Langston is a recognized industry leader and advisory board member directing international teams at trusted global brands in analytics, platform and consulting sales. He has deep experience in channel sales, corporate partnerships and driving go-to-market strategy. Mr. Langston most recently led the Americas sales team for the business intelligence division of Fitch Solutions, a subsidiary of Fitch Ratings. In 2014, he joined IHS Markit’s executive leadership team leading the sales efforts for their Connect platform with responsibility for an eighty-member sales team and a $130 million portfolio across six business lines.

Mr. Langston spent over ten years at the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), a sister company to The Economist, leading direct sales, channel sales and its bespoke research business, holding various roles including SVP of Sales for Americas and EMEA as well as SVP, Global Director of Public Policy. Mr. Langston sits on the advisory board at Rutgers University for their successful Big Data program and holds an MBA in Finance from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University and a BS in Accounting from Saint Peter’s University.

ANTHONY A. BROWN

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Anthony Brown is the COO/CFO of Complete Intelligence. Mr. Brown has been a serial entrepreneurial COO/CFO. He has over 30 years of experience in financial matters, business development, and operations for entrepreneurial companies with emerging technologies in high growth industries. He most recently worked in private equity after owning his own business and a consulting company. He has worked and completed transactions in the following industries: software (medical and day trading), healthcare (biotechnology, drug delivery, electronic medical records, hospitals, medical products, pharmaceuticals), investment management (family office and private equity), and real estate development.

Mr. Brown graduated magna cum laude from University of St. Thomas with a BBA in Accounting.

TIM B. NOE

Senior Vice President of Sales

Career spanning over 20 years with leadership positions in several Technology companies from large $40B software/hardware companies to small VC backed start-ups.
Prior to his current position at Complete Intelligence, he spent two years with a Private Equity backed ($200MM) start-up in the Oil and Gas vertical, Layne Water Midstream reporting to the CEO as the CAO. Prior to Layne, Mr. Noe was CRO for a VC backed AI/ML Analytics start-up out of Silicon Valley. Prior to App Orchid, Mr. Noe spent 13+ years with Oracle USA, as an Area Vice President, leading a team of 45 including Regional VPs, Regional Managers and Sales Executives. Responsibilities included delivering revenue goals for some 52+ quarters. Most recent goal was $110MM for products and services that included Cloud SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, database, middleware, WebCenter, IDM, Security, and Engineered Systems.
Prior to Mr. Noe's successful tenure at Oracle, he was the CEO of an 85-person venture backed ($35MM) software company. Prior to this role, Mr. Noe worked as an SVP of Outsourced Services for a VC Firm in Chicago, Divine Interventures.
Before this, Mr. Noe held several Sales leadership positions for companies such as, Acta Technology (VC backed Start-up acquired by BO/SAP), Computer Associates, Platinum Technology and SunGard Data Systems.
Prior to his technology career, Mr. Noe held several senior lending positions in the Banking Industry.
Mr. Noe holds a BBA Finance from Texas Tech University.
